How to get to India, and how you'll reach Jaipur once you land.
Aim to arrive at Delhi — Indira Gandhi International (DEL) — on the morning of Sunday 20 September. That timing lets you reach Jaipur with plenty of daylight to spare, in time for the welcome dinner.
Our recommendation from Berlin is Lufthansa, booked directly on their website. (Booking link to add — it may change over time.) Fares and connections shift through the year, so it's worth comparing a few dates around your arrival.
From Delhi airport we arrange a taxi onward to Khas Bagh in Jaipur — about a four-to-five hour drive, with a lunch stop along the way. You'll be met after you land; there's nothing you need to arrange for this leg.
Most of you fly home from Delhi on Monday 28 September. Anyone joining the slower days in Kasauli returns later, around 3 October, again from Delhi.

Two things to sort before you fly: make sure your passport is valid for at least six months beyond your arrival date, and that your India e-Visa is in hand.
